THE CASA ZEVALLOS BOUTIQUE HOTEL ALLOWS YOU TO LIVE THE EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN THE PLACE WHERE THE MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE WAS SIGNED. THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECTURE OF THE BUILDING COMES WITH THE COMFORTS AND MODERNITIES OF THE 21TH CENTURY.
It is located in a historic building, the place where the Cordoba Treaties were signed, in the heart of this city. It consists of 5 rooms that transport you and invite you to experience in an intimate way the legends and stories of characters like, the Mulata de Córdoba, la Güera Rodriguez, Juan O'Donojú, Agustín de Iturbide, and the counts of Zevallos.

EACH ROOM WAS CAREFULLY DECORATED ACCORDING TO ITS THEME...
Making each element that composes it generate in the guest a mixture of sensations: comfort & tranquility, but at the same time, curiosity to discover more about the character that gives it name to each room, and his personality represented in different ways.

THE LIGHTING IN THIS PROJECT WAS FUNDAMENTAL, SINCE THROUGH IT, AMBIANCES WERE GENERATED AND THEY HIGHLIGHTED ELEMENTS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE OF THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECTURE AND THE DETAILS THAT GIVE THE THEME TO EACH ROOM.
For example, with the lamps that hang from an old bronze downspout to illuminate the tub of copper from the Condes de Zevallos suite, from which the water also falls to fill the tub.

DETAILS SUCH AS THE OLD MIRRORS ON THE CEILING OF LA "GÜERA" RODRIGUEZ'S ROOM AND THE “BROKEN” TAPESTRY IN WHERE THE HIDDEN FACE OF THIS CHARACTER IS SEEN; THE BOAT THAT THE MULATA DE CORDOBA “PAINTED” TO ESCAPE OF THE PRISON RECREATED ON THE STONE WALL OF THE ROOM...
An abstract representation of Iturbide signing the Cordoba Treaties on the bedroom ceiling light, a work made by a Cordovan artist; an original wardrobe of the time to hang clothes in the room of the counts of Zeballos; among other details that complement the experience offered by Casa Zevallos.

A unique hotel that offers the opportunity to be part of the history of this emblematic and magical place.
